LONG LIVE NewYork          2014

ZEILT Productions / Young & Rubicam

Directed by Laurent Witz

Every 15 hours, a New Yorker dies waiting for an organ donor. This statistic, coupled with low donor registration rates, plays at the core of a Y&R campaign entitled “Long Live New York," which aims to increase donor registration and ultimately save lives. Laurent Witz, who won an Academy Award for the animated short “Mr. Hublot," directed and produced the campaign for the New York Organ Donor Network. The film taps into the city’s pride and inspires New Yorkers to fight for what makes the city so great — its people.
